Wellness Journey: Water





I read that one of my fave actressees drinks a gallon of water a day, and that's her main beauty secret. I know it's quite a good idea so I have been trying to incorporate drinking as much water as possible into my daily routine. 

I don't get to a gallon a day, but I drink about 2L. I usually drink sparkling water as it feels like I'm drinking soda (lol). 

I'll also sometimes add:

  • Effervescent vitamins
  • Chlorophyll drops
  • Lemon or Lime extract
