
I started back working out doing 10 min workouts about 18 months ago. I noticed I kept vomiting, well spitting up some kind of mucus. It's stopped thankfully but I actually think it's a good thing. There are a few ways to get rid of toxins - your skin, excretion / going to the bathroom, and ... well vomiting! It's actually a technique used in many cultures. I wouldn't recommend doing it without the guidance of some kind of practicioner but getting rid of whatever was in my system was actually really helpful. I felt better afterwards and now I can work out for much longer.
