Waist Wrapping for Health 

One thing I did for about 4 months was wrapping my waist. I was thinking about how I looked but also how I felt, as my organs felt a bit out of place and swollen (not sure how else to describe it). So I bought a long waist wrap and tied it at different tightnesses during the day try and keep things in place, especially when I exercised to help protect my back and core muscles. 

Background 

I’m starting a new series about my wellness journey the last few years, as I  definitely put on that I call the “Lockdown 15 Lbs”, and I didn’t even have Covid during Lockdown! I also wanted to improve my health after an injury, a breakup, moving house and looking for work. 

Basically, I looked in the mirror sometime 2022 and said well let me get back to where I was and hopefully even a better place! 

I knew I wanted gradual improvement rather than a crash diet, and so I did lots of different things, to build back up healthy habits and I’ll tell you about them in this series!
